Fulfillment

Shipping methods, cutoffs, cold-chain handling, packaging, delivery estimates, and free-shipping thresholds are configured by admin and may vary by product, inventory, destination, and account status.

Local pickup

Local pickup may be offered for approved accounts when configured. Pickup orders require order acceptance, account verification, and any required scheduling or documentation before release.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate billing, shipping, business, and ship-to address records. Business accounts may maintain multiple ship-to addresses after approval.
