Eligibility
Returns may be considered only for eligible, unopened, unused, intact items with verified order records. Temperature-sensitive, custom, document-controlled, subscription, coaching, or service items may be ineligible.
Issue reporting
Customers must report shipping damage, missing items, document issues, or order discrepancies through the support queue within the timeframe shown in the final published policy.
Resolution
Standard Labs may approve replacement, credit, refund, return authorization, or denial based on product type, chain-of-custody requirements, inventory condition, and compliance review.
