Single Person and Business accounts

Applicants may request a Single Person or Business account. Business accounts can support multiple users, multiple ship-to addresses, role-based purchasing, and account-level pricing once approved.

Wholesale conversion

Wholesale access is reviewed by Standard Labs and can be added to or removed from an account. Wholesale vial purchasing requires ten-vial sets unless Standard Labs configures a non-inventory service or non-vial exception.

Pricing and promotions

Prices, pricebooks, customer overrides, volume discounts, BOGO promotions, coupon codes, free-shipping offers, and local pickup options may vary by account, product, region, inventory, and admin configuration.
