Standard Labs collects application details, account contact information, business information when provided, shipping and pickup details, order records, support messages, and product-document access logs needed to operate an approved-account research supply site.
How we use information
We use information to review account eligibility, maintain approved access, process COD orders, respond to support requests, manage inventory, document product access, and meet safety, compliance, fraud-prevention, and recordkeeping obligations.
Sharing and retention
